Graphic Designer

Are you a visual storyteller who can turn complex educational concepts into beautiful, easy-to-understand graphics, while also designing scroll-stopping marketing campaigns?We are seeking a Graphic Designer to be the creative engine for two of our core departments.

You will work closely with Instructional Designers to elevate the learner experience, and collaborate with Marketing to build a powerful brand presence across regional markets.

Key ResponsibilitiesE-Learning Design: Create visually compelling assets for online courses, including custom illustrations, infographics, educational diagrams, slide layouts, and interactive user interface (UI) elements that enhance the learning experience.Marketing & Branding: Design high-performing marketing materials, including social media graphics (LinkedIn, X, Instagram), digital ad banners, email templates, landing page mockups, and corporate sales presentations.Brand Consistency: Maintain and evolve Thaka’s brand identity across all platforms, ensuring a cohesive look and feel between our educational products and external marketing campaigns.Multimedia Collaboration: Work alongside video editors and content creators to provide design assets, storyboards, or basic motion graphics/animations for promotional videos and course intros.Asset Management: Organize and maintain a clean library of design files, templates, and brand assets for internal team use.

RequirementsLocation: Based in Cairo, Nasr City.Portfolio: A strong, diverse portfolio showcasing both marketing/branding work and clean, data-driven infographic or UI/UX layout design.Software Mastery: Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).Versatility: Ability to switch mindsets between "educational/functional design" (making things clear for learners) and "marketing design" (making things exciting for buyers).Speed & Organization: Ability to manage multiple projects at once, meet tight deadlines, and incorporate constructive feedback from different team leads.Language: Fluency in Arabic and strong professional English skills.Bonus PointsExperience designing specifically for E-Learning platforms (LMS), EdTech startups, or corporate training programs.Basic knowledge of motion graphics or video editing (Adobe After Effects / Premiere Pro).An understanding of UX/UI design principles.
