Graphic Designer - Full Time

CIZARO is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our marketing team on a full-time basis.The Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating high-quality visual content for CIZARO’s digital platforms, advertising campaigns, stores, website, and marketing materials.The ideal candidate should have experience creating commercial designs for fashion, retail, e-commerce, or consumer brands and should understand how to create designs that are visually attractive while supporting sales and marketing objectives.

Key ResponsibilitiesCreate social media designs for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms.Design advertising creatives for Meta, Google, and other paid media campaigns.Develop campaign key visuals for product launches, promotions, seasonal campaigns, and store openings.Create website banners, app banners, landing-page graphics, and e-commerce visuals.Design in-store materials, including posters, price cards, window displays, signage, and promotional materials.Prepare print-ready files according to the required sizes and production specifications.Adapt campaign designs into different sizes and formats for digital and offline channels.Work closely with the marketing, content, media buying, e-commerce, and retail operations teams.Follow CIZARO’s brand identity and maintain consistency across all designs.Suggest creative ideas and visual directions for campaigns and content.Edit and retouch product and model images when required.Organise design files, project folders, fonts, templates, and final exports.Deliver designs according to the agreed deadlines and content calendar.Make revisions based on feedback from the marketing team.Follow current fashion, retail, advertising, and social media design trends.Use AI design and image-generation tools when relevant to improve productivity and creative output.

Minimum 2 years of professional graphic design experience.A strong and updated portfolio is mandatory.Previous experience with fashion, retail, e-commerce, advertising agencies, or consumer brands is strongly preferred.Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.Good understanding of typography, composition, colour, layout, and visual hierarchy.Experience designing social media content and paid advertising creatives.Experience preparing files for both digital use and printing.Ability to follow an existing brand identity and maintain visual consistency.Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.Strong attention to detail.Ability to receive feedback and apply revisions professionally.Good communication and teamwork skills.Basic knowledge of Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, or motion graphics is a plus.Experience using AI creative tools is a plus.Photography, image retouching, or video-editing skills are a plus.Applicants must be available for full-time, on-site work.
