Key ResponsibilitiesVideo Editing & Motion Graphics: Assemble raw footage, add transitions, effects, and captions, and sync audio.

Produce engaging short-form content (Reels, TikToks) and long-form videos.Graphic Design: Create digital assets for marketing, including social media posts, ads, landing page visuals, banners, and brochures.Brand Management: Maintain visual consistency across all creative outputs.Asset Organization: Manage and archive project files, raw footage, and design assets.Collaboration: Work alongside marketing or creative teams to conceptualize ideas and adapt content based on campaign performance.Soft Skills: Strong communication, time management, and the ability to meet tight deadlines while balancing multiple projects.

Core Qualifications & Skills Design Tools: Proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or alternative tools like Canva.Video Software: Expertise in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or CapCut.Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, or a related field (or equivalent portfolio experience).
