Identify short-term and long-term hiring needsSet performance standards and evaluate local HR teamsDesign employees’ compensation and benefits packagesDefine onboarding procedures in alignment with our company cultureHelp organize employer branding activities (e.g. host a recruitment event)Determine training plans per employee and departmentPrepare and manage division’s budgetTrack recruitment KPIs and suggest improvements, as neededDesign and implement company policies that comply with our business objectivesEnsure all HR operations adhere to legal standardsSupport staff and managers on day-to-day issues.

Proven work experience as an HR Manager or similar roleUnderstanding of full cycle recruitingGood knowledge of local labor regulationsHands-on experience with payroll systems.Excellent verbal and written communication skillsLeadership abilitiesHR Diploma or equivalent certificate is a must.Strong experience in OD initiatives to support organization strategic objectives.
