We're looking for someone who doesn't just launch campaigns , they scale businesses.If you enjoy testing ideas, digging into data, optimizing every step of the customer journey, and turning insights into measurable growth, we'd love to meet you.You'll be working on things like:Running and optimizing paid campaigns across Google, Meta, and TikTok.Improving ROAS and lowering CAC through continuous testing.Growing organic traffic with practical SEO strategies.Building and managing affiliate partnerships.Analyzing user behavior using tools like GA4, Hotjar, and Microsoft Clarity.Finding friction points in funnels and turning them into conversion opportunities.Working closely with content and product teams to improve the customer experience and drive revenue.Bonus points if you've worked with:Affiliate marketing programs.Hotjar or Microsoft Clarity.A/B testing and conversion rate optimization (CRO).Multi-channel attribution and customer journey analysis.Location: Hyperd, New CairoEmployment Type: Full-timeIf marketing, for you, is about solving growth challenges , not just managing campaigns , we'd love to hear from you.
