Guest Relations Experience

Review arrival lists to welcome guests.Attend to special guests (e.g. VIPs) and answer their inquiries.Anticipate guest needs and build rapport with customers.Address customer complaints and escalate to Guest Relations Manager when needed.Ensure compliance with health and quality standards.Monitor guest satisfaction and proactively resolve service issues before they escalate.Build strong relationships with returning guests and recognize VIP customers.Prepare daily guest reports and communicate important information during shift handovers.

BSc/BA in Hospitality Management is preferred.1-4 years of previous experience as a Guest Relations Experience in Fine dining or Luxury dining is a Must.Proven experience in systems such as FOH system or related system is a Must.Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.A customer-oriented and professional attitude.An outgoing personality is a Must.Outstanding communication abilities is a Must
