Handover Engineer

Akam developments is looking for talented and driven professionals to join our team in the following position: (Handover Engineer).

Key Responsibilities: Manage and oversee the full handover process from project completion to client/end-user transfer.

Ensure all project deliverables are finalized and compliant with contractual and regulatory requirements.

Perform inspections and evaluations to ensure all project components comply with approved specifications and quality standards.

Monitor the review and rework of customer remarks on units, providing them with timely feedback until successful handover.

Identify, document, and follow up on deficiencies or non-conformities before project handover.

Prepare comprehensive handover documentation, including as-built drawings, operation and maintenance manuals, warranties, and related records.

Maintain accurate documentation and provide regular progress updates to the Handover Supervisor.

Coordinate closely with the Projects Department to ensure the timely completion of all project elements.

Serve as the primary point of contact between clients, contractors, and internal teams to facilitate smooth project transitions.

Act as a liaison between the CRM and Projects Departments to resolve handover-related matters efficiently.

0–2 years of experience in engineering, project management, or a related field.
