Responsibilities:Lead the full lifecycle implementation of HCM solutions, from discovery and design to deployment and post-go-live support.Act as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their unique business needs and translating them into effective HCM strategies.Configure and customize Oracle HCM Cloud modules to align with client requirements and best practices.Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources, ensuring successful delivery within scope.Conduct thorough business analysis, process mapping, and gap analysis to optimize HR processes.Facilitate workshops, conduct training sessions, and provide ongoing support to client teams.Collaborate with technical and functional teams to ensure seamless system integration and data migration.Champion change management initiatives, ensuring smooth adoption of new systems and processes.

Skills & Technologies: This role demands a deep understanding of HCM principles and hands-on experience with Oracle HCM Cloud.
