Overview: As our Head Chef, you will be the heart and soul of our kitchen, responsible for all culinary operations, from menu conception to plate presentation.

This is an on-site role where your presence and leadership will be felt daily.

Responsibilities:Craft and innovate exquisite fine dining menus that showcase international cuisine, seasonal ingredients, and culinary trends.Oversee all kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, plating, and inventory management.Maintain impeccable standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene.Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing culinary team, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.Manage kitchen budgets, optimize food costs, and minimize waste without compromising quality.Ensure strict adherence to all food safety and sanitation regulations.Collaborate effectively with front-of-house management to ensure seamless service delivery.

Skills & Technologies:Exceptional proficiency in Fine Dining Management and International Cuisine.Proven expertise in Menu Development and Culinary Innovation.Strong grasp of Cost Control and Restaurant Operations.Deep knowledge of Food Safety Standards and best practices.A natural flair for Team Leadership and Staff Training.Excellent Communication skills and English Fluency.
