Lead financial strategy and planning.Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.Oversee project financial performance and cost control.Manage cash flow, banking relationships, and collections.Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal controls.Lead and develop the finance team.

Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting (CPA/CMA is a plus).10+ years of finance experience, with strong experience in the construction industry.Solid knowledge of project accounting, cost control, and construction project budgeting.Experience with contract types, project cash flow management, and progress billing.Strong understanding of cost tracking, variations, and project profitability analysis.
