Head of Finance – Senior Manager

Lead multi-entity financial management, including consolidated reporting and individual P&Loversight.Develop and execute strategic pricing, cost optimization, and margin improvement initiatives.Oversee treasury operations, cash flow planning, and banking relationships across all entities.Drive fundraising strategy and execution for debt and equity financing.Lead M&A evaluation, due diligence, and integration for strategic partnerships and acquisitions.Manage fixed asset lifecycle, utilization, and capital investment decisions.Build and implement performance management systems and KPI dashboards.Deliver board-level reporting and financial presentations to leadership.Guide capital allocation and investment decisions aligned with growth and ROI targets.Collaborate with operations, commercial, and IT teams to align financial strategy with businessdrivers.

The ideal candidate is a seasoned finance executive with 15–20 years of progressive experience, including 7–10 years in senior leadership roles.

They possess deep expertise in multi-entity financial management,treasury operations, fundraising, and M&A execution.

With a strategic mindset and hands-on leadershipstyle, they are adept at driving valuation readiness, asset optimization, and operational efficiency. A strongtrack record in managing complex financial structures, stakeholder engagement, and board-level reporting isessential.

Professional certifications such as CFA, CPA, ACCA, or CIMA are required, and an MBA or advanceddegree is preferred.
