We are looking for a sharp, commercially minded Head of FP&A who operates at the intersection of financial planning and strategic decision-making.

Reporting directly to the Managing Director (MD), you will cover all our products, platforms, and group companies.

This is not a reporting role.

You will be expected to answer the questions that shape how we allocate capital and grow: which business lines deserve more investment, why we're hitting or missing our targets, how much cash each business generates or burns, what the financial return looks like on a new product or market, and where we'll be in 12 months under different scenarios.

You will be the financial co-pilot to executive leadership, owning the FP&A infrastructure, keeping a tight grip on cash flow and runway across the group, challenging business heads on unit economics, and translating complex data into clear commercial decisions.

The ideal person thinks like a strategist, models like a finance professional and communicates like a business partner.Also should be using AI as a power user not just basic knowledge or light use.

You should be able to show real examples of how AI improved the speed and quality of your analysis, forecasting, and reporting.
