Job PurposeThe Head of Marketing is a strategic leadership role responsible for building and executing the company's marketing, brand, and communications strategy across local and regional markets.

This role exists to drive market share growth, strengthen brand equity, and support revenue objectives by positioning the organization as a trusted provider of high-quality vehicles and services.

The Head of Marketing will lead a team that delivers integrated marketing campaigns, digital strategies, public relations initiatives, and customer engagement programs — all aligned with the company's commitment to quality, partnership, and long-term customer relationships.

Working within a collaborative, data-driven environment, this role contributes directly to the organization's long-term strategic direction and competitive positioning in the automotive industry.

Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Marketing & PlanningDevelop and implement the annual marketing strategy aligned with the company's business objectives, growth targets, and brand vision.Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer insight gathering to inform marketing decisions and identify new opportunities in local and regional markets.Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for all marketing activities, reporting regularly to the CEO and leadership team on performance, insights, and recommendations.Contribute to the organization's long-term strategic planning as a member of the leadership team.Campaign & Launch ManagementPlan, execute, and evaluate integrated marketing campaigns for vehicle launches, seasonal promotions, service offers, and brand-building initiatives.Coordinate cross-functional inputs (sales, product, aftersales, finance) to ensure campaigns are well-supported and aligned with operational capacity.Manage the end-to-end launch calendar, ensuring timely delivery of all marketing materials, digital assets, and communications.Digital Marketing & Lead GenerationOversee the company's digital marketing strategy including website, SEO/SEM, social media, and any paid digital advertising.Implement and optimize lead-generation funnels that capture, nurture, and convert prospects into sales-qualified leads.Utilize marketing automation tools and CRM systems to track lead sources, measure conversion rates, and refine targeting.Provide the sales team with timely, high-quality marketing qualified leads (MQLs) and support lead management processes.Public Relations & CommunicationsDevelop and execute a comprehensive PR and communications plan that enhances the organization's reputation and brand visibility.Build and maintain relationships with media, journalists, influencers, and industry stakeholders across local and regional markets.Manage corporate communications including press releases, conferences, media statements, speaking engagements, and crisis communication responses.Ensure consistent brand messaging and tone of voice across all internal and external communications.Brand & Creative ManagementUphold and evolve the brand identity, ensuring all marketing materials, dealership communications, and customer touchpoints reflect the brand's values of quality, trust, and partnership.Oversee the creation of marketing collateral (brochures, videos, digital assets, point-of-sale materials) that meet brand standards and market requirements.Manage relationships with external creative agencies, media buyers, and production partners.Marketing Budget & Performance ManagementPrepare and manage the annual marketing budget, tracking expenditures and ensuring cost-effectiveness across all activities.Implement a data-driven culture within the marketing team, using analytics tools to measure campaign performance, customer behaviour, and ROI.Prepare monthly and quarterly performance reports for leadership, highlighting achievements, challenges, and forward-looking recommendations.Team Leadership & DevelopmentLead, mentor, and develop the marketing team, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.Identify skill gaps and provide coaching, training, and growth opportunities for team members.Encourage idea-sharing and contribution from all team members, ensuring everyone has a voice in shaping marketing direction and company strategy.

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.A master’s degree (MBA or equivalent) is strongly preferred.Professional certifications in digital marketing, brand management, or marketing analytics are an advantage.Proven Leadership: A minimum of 10-15 years of progressive experience in marketing, with a significant portion in a leadership or managerial capacity.Strategic Marketing Mastery: Demonstrated expertise in Marketing Strategy, Advertising, Market Research, Company Branding, Digital Branding, Advertising Campaigns, and Marketing Plans Development.Budget & Team Management: Exceptional skills in Marketing Budget Management and successfully managing and leading marketing teams.Brand Growth Driver: A strong track record of driving brand growth and achieving measurable business results.Communication Excellence: Outstanding communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
