Head of Mobile Team

Lead and mentor the mobile development team, fostering a culture of high performance, collaboration, and continuous improvement.Own and drive the architecture of mobile applications, ensuring scalable, maintainable solutions that follow industry best practices.Lead the creation and ongoing maintenance of application documentation, including architectural and technical documents that clearly define requirements, system structure, and implementation guidelines for the team.Oversee the end-to-end design, development, and implementation of mobile applications.Partner with Product Managers and key stakeholders to define and execute mobile strategy, roadmap priorities, and delivery plans.Ensure consistent delivery of high-quality, user-friendly mobile experiences, with strong attention to performance, usability, and reliability.Stay current with the latest mobile technologies, trends, and best practices, and evaluate them for potential adoption.Conduct regular code reviews and ensure adherence to internal coding standards and engineering guidelines.Identify, assess, and mitigate risks across the mobile development lifecycle to protect quality, timelines, and team productivity.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.Proven experience leading a mobile development team.Strong understanding of mobile platforms and modern development frameworks.Demonstrated leadership and team management skills.Ability to drive strategic initiatives, promote innovation, and improve engineering practices.Strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities.Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.Skills:Strong expertise in mobile application architecture, designing clean, scalable, and structured solutions.Proven ability to prepare and manage technical documentation (architectural and implementation docs) that is clear, accurate, and actionable.Leadership and coordination skills to align the mobile team around consistent architecture and high-quality delivery.iOS Development.Android Development.Agile Methodologies.Project Management.UI/UX Design.Swift.Kotlin.Kotlin Multi platform.React Native.Flutter.API Integration.Version Control (Git).MBA preferred.
