Head of Technical Office

Leading and supervising the Fire Fighting & Fire Alarm Systems Section to ensure successful project execution.Managing projects in the Oil & Gas sector, ensuring strict compliance with industry standards, HSE protocols, and project timelines.Overseeing the preparation and submission of technical proposals, tender packages, and commercial bids.Reviewing and approving invoices, progress payment certificates (Moustakhalasat), and financial documentation for clients and subcontractors.Handling pricing, estimation, and cost analysis for fire protection and detection systems.Managing relationships and communication with project owners, EPC contractors, and key stakeholders in the petroleum sector.Coordinating with local and international suppliers/vendors for equipment procurement, technical inquiries, and negotiations.Leading, mentoring, and coordinating technical teams both in the office (engineering/technical office) and on site.

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Fire Protection Engineering (or equivalent).Strong background and proven experience within the Oil & Gas / Petroleum sector.Proven experience as a Section Head or Team Leader in Fire Fighting and Fire Alarm Systems design, engineering, and execution.Solid experience in project management, estimation, pricing, technical submittals, and payment certificatesProven record in client/owner relations and dealing with local and international vendors.Demonstrated leadership ability to manage site and office engineers effectively.Proficiency in relevant design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Elite, Hydraulic calculations) and NFPA/international codes.Fluency in English (written and spoken) for international vendor coordination and reporting.
