Head of Technology

We’re Hiring – Head of TechnologyLocation: Egypt (Remote)Job Type: Full-TimeWe are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Head of Technology to lead our growing technical team and manage the development of mobile applications and digital platforms.You will work directly with management and collaborate with multiple teams including:* Backend Development

• Mobile Development
• AI Integrations & Automation
• UI/UX Design
• Product & Growth Teams

Key Responsibilities:* Lead and manage the full product development lifecycle

• Supervise the development of mobile applications and digital platforms
• Manage technical teams, priorities, and project timelines
• Ensure fast delivery with high-quality execution
• Improve system performance, scalability, and user experience
• Coordinate between development, AI, design, and product teams
• Ensure smooth deployment, security, and infrastructure stability
• Manage sprint planning, technical roadmaps, and product execution
• Support AI-powered features and automation integrationsTechnical Requirements:* Strong experience in Node.js
• Strong understanding of REST APIs & Backend Architecture
• Experience with mobile technologies (Flutter / React Native / iOS / Android)
• Experience with AWS, Firebase, or Azure
• Good knowledge of SQL, MongoDB, and Firebase
• Understanding of analytics, tracking, and performance monitoring tools
• Experience with Agile / Scrum workflows

Requirements:* 7+ years of technical experience* 3+ years leading technical teams

• Startup or mobile app experience is a strong plus
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and fast-moving environments
