Health and safety senior Engineer

Develop, implement, and monitor HSE policies and procedures.Conduct risk assessments and recommend corrective and preventive actions.Perform regular safety inspections, audits, and site assessments.Investigate incidents, accidents, and near misses and prepare detailed reports.Ensure compliance with local regulations and international safety standards.Deliver HSE training and awareness programs to employees and contractors.Monitor emergency preparedness plans and conduct emergency drills.Maintain HSE records, reports, and performance indicators.Support ISO 45001 implementation and compliance initiatives.Collaborate with department managers to improve workplace safety performance.

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.3+ years of experience in Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE).Strong knowledge of OSHA standards and ISO 45001 requirements.Experience in risk assessment, incident investigation, and safety audits.Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.Professional HSE certifications are an advantage.Good command of English, both written and spoken.
