We are seeking a motivated and reliable Appointment Setter with 1–2 years of outbound calling or appointment-setting experience to support a growing sales team.

This is a performance-driven role focused on high-volume outbound calling, appointment setting, and consistent follow-up to ensure scheduled demos occur.

Key Responsibilities : Dial a provided list of leads ( 150 outbound calls per day)Qualify prospects and set appointments for Account ExecutivesFollow up to confirm demos and minimize no-showsMaintain accurate call notes and demo trackingCommunicate professionally on all outbound callsRequired Experience & Qualifications : 1–2 years of experience as an Appointment Setter, Cold Caller, or SDRComfortable with high-volume outbound callingStrong communication and persuasion skillsAbility to work during U.S. business hours (EST / CST / PST)Reliable high-speed internet connectionBackup power source requiredOrganized, persistent, and results-drivenAvailable to start immediately
