Homeroom Teacher

Gamma International College is seeking a passionate, creative, and dedicated PYP Homeroom Teacher to join our academic team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for creating a positive, engaging, and student-centered learning environment while delivering high-quality instruction aligned with the International Baccalaureate (IB) philosophy and curriculum framework.The Homeroom Teacher will play a key role in supporting students’ academic, social, emotional, and personal development through inquiry-based learning and collaborative classroom practices.

Bachelor’s Degree in Education or a related field.Teaching qualification/certification is preferred.Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience in an international school.Previous IB experience is an advantage.Strong understanding of inquiry-based and student-centered learning approaches.Excellent classroom management and communication skills.Ability to work collaboratively within a multicultural environment.Excellent command of English language (spoken and written).Strong organizational and time management skills.Proficient in using educational technology and digital learning platforms.Passion for teaching and supporting student development.Ability to handle responsibilities professionally and effectively under pressure.
