Hotel General Manager

Job Summary:We are seeking an experienced and passionate General Manager to lead the operations of a boutique hotel.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences, driving profitability, and maintaining the unique identity and high standards of the property.

Key Responsibilities:Oversee daily hotel operations across all departments (Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B, Maintenance)Ensure outstanding guest satisfaction and personalized service experienceDevelop and implement business strategies to maximize revenue and occupancyManage budgets, financial performance, and cost controlLead, train, and motivate hotel staff to maintain high performanceMonitor online reviews and maintain strong brand reputationEnsure compliance with health, safety, and hospitality regulationsCollaborate with sales and marketing to drive bookings and brand awareness

Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field8+ years of experience in hotel operations, with at least 3–5 years as a General Manager or senior leadership rolePrevious experience in hotels is a mustStrong leadership and team management skillsExcellent communication and problem-solving abilitiesFinancial acumen and experience managing P&LStrong focus on guest experience and service quality
