We're looking for a polished, guest-focused Receptionist to join the front desk team at Santino Boutique Hotel on Egypt's North Coast.What you'll be doingWelcoming and checking in/out guests in a warm, professional mannerManaging reservations and room assignmentsHandling guest inquiries, requests, and complaints efficientlyProcessing payments and maintaining accurate billingCoordinating with housekeeping and other departmentsSupporting night audit when requiredHiring is not only specific for candidates in Matruh- transpiration is provided anyhow along with accommodation

What we're looking for3-7 years experience in a hotel front desk or hospitality roleFluent in Arabic and English, both are essentialExperience with Opera Cloud is a plusPresentable, well-spoken, and calm under pressureStrong attention to detail and problem-solving skillsWe Accept applicants from all over Egypt What we offerAccommodation providedTransportation providedYearly contractLocation: North Coast, Egypt — Santino Boutique Hotel
