Manage daily HR and administrative operations within the factory, including employee discipline, attendance, personnel files, general services, and basic safety.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor attendance, departures, absences, leave requests, and prepare payroll data.
- Maintain employee files, hiring documents, social insurance records, and administrative records.
- Support recruitment, onboarding, training, and periodic performance evaluations.
- Monitor security, visitors, housekeeping, general services, and basic safety.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Law, Business Administration, or equivalent.
- Experience in personnel affairs or administration within a factory or operational environment.
