HR Director F&B

A leading Bakery, Pastries & Speciality Coffee brand is seeking an experienced HR Director to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities:Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with business growth plans.Lead recruitment and talent acquisition strategies for all F&B functions.Build and maintain effective HR policies, procedures, and employee guidelines.Oversee performance management, training, career development, and succession planning.Partner with operations teams to optimize manpower and organizational effectiveness.Ensure compliance with labor regulations and company standards.Support company culture, employee engagement, and retention initiatives.

HR Director – F&B IndustryJob Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.10–15 years of proven HR experience, preferably within the Food & Beverage industry, with strong exposure to Bakery, Pastries, and Speciality Coffee operations.Previous experience as an HR Director / HR Manager in a growing F&B organization is highly preferred.Strong knowledge of manpower planning, recruitment, organizational development, performance management, and HR policies.Proven experience in building HR structures, SOPs, and employee engagement programs.Excellent understanding of F&B operational requirements, including branch operations, production teams, and frontline employees.Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.Ability to manage high-volume recruitment and workforce planning across multiple locations.
