Key Responsibilities:Spearhead comprehensive recruitment processes, from sourcing top talent to conducting interviews and managing onboarding for new hires.Champion positive employee relations, acting as a trusted advisor and resolving workplace issues with fairness and empathy.Administer critical personnel functions, including maintaining accurate HR records and ensuring compliance with local labor laws.Oversee and support various HR programs such as performance management, employee engagement, and training initiatives.Manage aspects of compensation & benefits administration, ensuring competitive and fair practices.Collaborate with department heads to understand their HR needs and provide strategic support.Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
