HR Manager

We are looking for a passionate and experienced HR Manager to join our growing team and support our people and business objectives.

Key ResponsibilitiesManage day-to-day HR operations and employee relations.Lead recruitment and talent acquisition activities.Review manpower planning and support workforce optimization.Implement and maintain the performance management system, including KPIs and performance appraisals.Develop employee recognition, reward, and engagement programs.Identify training needs and coordinate Learning & Development initiatives.Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable labor laws.Partner with department managers to support organizational and people development.

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.5–8 years of experience in Human Resources.Previous experience in manufacturing, paper, packaging, corrugated carton, or FMCG industries is preferred.Good knowledge of Talent Acquisition, Performance Management, Learning & Development, and Egyptian Labor Law.Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
