HR Manager (Coffee House)

Leading all human resources functions across the company’s coffee shops and bakery operations, with a primary focus on talent acquisition and workforce growth.

This role ensures the business attracts, hires, and retains high-performing employees who deliver excellent customer service and support the brand culture.

Key responsibilities include managing end-to-end recruitment for store staff, baristas, bakers, supervisors, and support office positions; developing hiring strategies; building talent pipelines; coordinating onboarding and training; and supporting employee engagement and performance management.

The HR Manager also ensures compliance with labor regulations, company policies, and operational standards across all locations.

Must have experience in food and beverage industry especially in talent acquisition.Years of experience in HR: From 5 to 9 years, 3 years at the same position.Experience as generalist in all HR functions.Very good in English language.Excellent Communication skills.
