Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field10+ years of HR experience, with at least 5 years in a managerial roleStrong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practicesreal-estate experience is a must Excellent communication and leadership skillsStrong problem-solving and decision-making abilitiesExperience with HR systems and recruitment tools
