HR Manager (minya - El Sadat City)

We are looking for a highly experienced HR manager to oversee our human resources operations in Minya or El Sadat City.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading the HR department, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and driving organizational development.

Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the overall business strategy.Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and talent management processes.Manage employee relations and address grievances or other issues.Monitor and manage the performance appraisal system.Ensure legal compliance with Egyptian labor laws and industrial regulations.Supervise payroll, benefits administration, and compensation plans.

Minimum 10 years of experience in human resources (an industrial/manufacturing background is preferred).Strong knowledge of Egyptian labor law and social insurance regulations.Proven leadership and team management skills.Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.Fluency in English (written and spoken).
