  • Construction/Civil/Architecture, Human Resources, and Sales/Retail.

Responsibilities:Lead the entire recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring we attract the best professionals in the real estate and construction industries.Oversee all aspects of personnel management, including employee relations, performance reviews, and HR administration.Drive Organizational Development (OD) initiatives to foster a high-performance culture, enhance employee engagement, and support organizational change.Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with industry best practices and local labor laws.Collaborate with leadership to design and execute effective compensation and benefits strategies.Provide expert guidance and support to employees and managers on HR-related matters.Champion a positive and inclusive workplace environment, promoting our core values.

Skills & Technologies: You will leverage your expertise in Recruitment, Personnel Management, and Organizational Development.

Your deep understanding of the Real Estate Industry will be crucial.

Experience: A robust 5-10 years of progressive HR experience, with a significant portion gained within the real estate, construction demonstrating your ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.Career Level: Proven track record as a Manager or in a similar leadership HR capacity, capable of strategic thinking and operational execution.Required Skills:Exceptional proficiency in Recruitment and Talent Acquisition, with a keen eye for identifying top-tier candidates.Mastery of Personnel Management, including employee relations, HR administration, and performance management.Demonstrated experience in implementing and leading Organizational Development (OD) initiatives.In-depth knowledge of Real Estate Industry specific HR challenges and best practices.Strong understanding of Egyptian Labor Law and HR regulations.Expertise in developing and implementing HR Policies & Procedures.Proficiency in Compensation & Benefits program design and administration.Excellent Communication, Interpersonal, and Leadership skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively.A strategic mindset with strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
