HR Manager - Tech Field Must

Talent Management & DevelopmentImplement structured performance management systems and SMART goal frameworks across departments (Salesforce, Operations, developers).Develop and manage career paths, skill development plans, and leadership pipelines to ensure continuous employee growth.Create retention strategies and recognition programs to reduce turnover and enhance employee loyalty.Recruitment & Employer BrandingOversee all recruitment activities, ensuring timely hiring of top-tier technical and managerial talent.HR Operations & ComplianceOversee compensation, payroll, benefits, and reward systems in compliance with Egyptian labor law and regulations.HR Analytics & ReportingDevelop HR dashboards to measure success against key HR metrics.

Must have expereince in tech filed (Recruitment), technology and software hiring.Bachelor's degree in human resources management, Business Administration, or related field. A master's degree or HR certification is advantageous.6–8 years of solid experience in Tech recruitment, talent acquisition, and workforce planningProven expertise in core HR functions.Proficiency in HR policies, compliance, and labor regulations.Background in staff training, organizational development, and performance management systems.Proficiency in HR software and tools is a plus.
