HR Operations Specialist (Odoo Expert)

About the Role: We are looking for an HR Operations Specialist who is highly proficient in Odoo to join our HR team.
In this role, you will be the owner of the attendance and leave workflow, responsible for ensuring that all data on Odoo is accurate, reconciled, and ready for payroll processing.
Key Responsibilities:Odoo System Management: Take full charge of the Odoo HR modules to monitor, track, and record daily attendance data.Data Reconciliation: Audit daily attendance logs received from Timekeepers and reconcile them against Odoo records to identify and fix any discrepancies.System Integrity: Proactively resolve attendance issues (missing clock-ins, unrecorded leaves) directly within Odoo to ensure system accuracy.Workflow Integration: Ensure all employee leaves, permissions, and shift schedules are correctly updated in Odoo.Reporting: Utilize Odoo reporting tools to generate daily/monthly attendance insights for the HR department.Communication: Act as the technical bridge between site Timekeepers and the HR department, guiding them on how to report data correctly into Odoo.
Must have proven, hands-on experience in managing HR processes using Odoo.Strong understanding of Odoo HR modules (Attendance, Leaves, and Payroll).High attention to detail and strong ability to handle data reconciliation.Excellent problem-solving skills to manage system exceptions and errors.Strong communication skills to coordinate between various site locations and HR functions.
