We are looking for an experienced HR Recruitment Specialist to manage the full recruitment cycle for both Blue-Collar and White-Collar positions.
The role primarily focuses on high-volume hiring for operational roles such as drivers, sales representatives, delivery representatives, and warehouse staff, while also supporting recruitment for corporate positions.
Key ResponsibilitiesManage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding.Source candidates through recruitment platforms, social media, referrals, and other channels.Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers.Recruit for both Blue-Collar and White-Collar positions.Publish and manage job postings across recruitment platforms.Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline.Maintain recruitment records and update the ATS/HR system.Coordinate job offers and onboarding activities.Track recruitment progress and ensure a positive candidate experience.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.3–7 years of proven experience in full-cycle recruitment.Strong experience in high-volume Blue-Collar recruitment, particularly for drivers, sales representatives, delivery personnel, warehouse staff, and operational roles.Experience recruiting White-Collar positions across various business functions.Proven ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously while meeting hiring deadlines.Hands-on experience using recruitment platforms such as WUZZUF, LinkedIn, and other sourcing channels.Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR systems (Oracle HCM experience is a plus).Excellent interviewing, candidate assessment, and selection skills.Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.Ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates.Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook).Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle changing recruitment priorities.
