HR Senior Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced HR Senior Manager to lead our Human Resources function in Alexandria & Sokhna.

Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives.Lead workforce planning initiatives to ensure the organization has the right talent and capabilities to achieve business goals.Oversee Talent Acquisition, Performance Management, and Employee Development programs.Lead organizational structure design and restructuring initiatives.Develop succession planning and leadership pipeline programs.Foster a positive and inclusive work environment, managing employee relations issues effectively.Design and administer competitive compensation and benefits programs.Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations.Lead organizational development initiatives to enhance employee engagement and productivity.

Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration or related fieldMaster’s degree or MBA is preferred10-15 years of HR experience , preferably in manufacturing environmentMinimum 6-8 years in a senior HR leadership role ( Senior HR Manager/ Head of HR )Strong leadership, stakeholder management and change management skills.Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
