HR Specialist

Manage the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.Handle personnel activities, including employee files, contracts, social insurance, and labor law compliance.Prepare and process monthly payroll while ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.Maintain and update employee records and HR documentation.Support employee onboarding and offboarding processes.Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth HR operations.Prepare HR reports and maintain HR databases.Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable labor regulations.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.2–4 years of proven experience in Recruitment, Personnel, and Payroll.Previous experience in the Medical Devices industry is highly preferred.Good knowledge of the Egyptian Labor Law and Social Insurance regulations.Good command of English.Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.Ability to work under pressure and maintain confidentiality.
