HR Specialist

The Human Resources Specialist at No5 Designs will be responsible for managing and overseeing daily HR operations, including coordinating employee benefits, implementing HR policies, and supporting personnel management processes.

The role includes assisting with recruitment, onboarding, staff training, and performance evaluations while maintaining a positive and supportive work environment.

The specialist will work closely with management and employees to ensure compliance with labor laws and company standards.

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Giza.

3–5 years of experience in Human ResourcesProficiency in HR practices and processesExperience in HR ManagementAbility to develop and implement effective HR policiesStrong knowledge of employee benefits and personnel managementFamiliarity with labor laws and regulationsExceptional interpersonal, organizational, and communication skillsAbility to work independently and within a team environmentBachelor’s degree in business administration, or a related fieldRelevant HR certifications are a plus
