  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive Recruitment Excellence:Spearhead the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and onboarding, attracting top talent to our organization.
  • Personnel Management:Oversee and manage comprehensive personnel records, ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with all relevant regulations.
  • Employee Relations:Serve as a trusted point of contact for employee inquiries, fostering positive relationships and providing guidance on HR policies and procedures.
  • HR Administration:Efficiently manage various HR administrative tasks, including benefits administration, leave management, and maintaining HR information systems.
  • Policy Implementation:Assist in the development, implementation, and communication of HR policies and procedures, ensuring consistency and fairness across the organization.
  • Support and Collaborate:Work closely with team members and various departments to support HR initiatives and contribute to a cohesive work environment.
