We are seeking a motivated and organized HR Supervisor to join our Cairo-based team.
This role oversees day-to-day HR operations, supports employees and managers across the organization, and ensures compliance with Egyptian labor law.

1.
Team Supervision & Leadership
- Supervise and guide HR team members on daily tasks
- Assign work, provide regular feedback, and support team development
- Manage leave scheduling and workflow priorities for the HR team
- Promote a cooperative, service-oriented team culture
2.
Employee Relations
- Act as a point of contact for employee concerns, conflicts, and grievances
- Assist with or conduct basic investigations into policy violations or workplace complaints
- Advise managers and employees on disciplinary processes and terminations in line with Egyptian Labor Law
- Support employee engagement and a positive workplace environment

Recruitment & Onboarding
- Oversee recruitment activities including job postings, screening, interviews, and offer letters
- Ensure new hire onboarding is complete and compliant (contracts, social insurance registration, orientation)
- Coordinate with department heads to anticipate hiring needs

Policy & Compliance
- Ensure HR practices align with Egyptian Labor Law, Social Insurance Law, and relevant regulations
- Maintain and update HR policies and the employee handbook
- Manage leave entitlements (annual, sick, maternity/paternity) per Egyptian law
- Support workers’ compensation and social insurance processes
5. HR Operations & Administration
- Oversee personnel file maintenance and HRIS data accuracy
- Prepare basic HR reports (turnover, headcount, attendance) for management
- Coordinate with Payroll on monthly payroll inputs and employee changes
- Support benefits administration and employee queries

Performance Management
- Guide managers through annual and mid-year performance review cycles
- Support supervisors in delivering feedback and drafting performance improvement plans
- Track and document performance issues appropriately
7.
Training & Development
- Identify training needs for staff and managers
- Planning and coordinating employee training programs and professional development initiatives
Education & Experience
- Minimum age of 30 years
- Must be based in Cairo and able to work fully on-site; this is not a remote or hybrid role
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- 2–4 years of HR experience, with some exposure to a team lead or senior individual contributor role
- Familiarity with Egyptian Labor Law and social insurance practices is required
- HR certification (SHRM, CIPD, or local equivalent) is a plus but not requiredKnowledge, Skills & Abilities
- Good working knowledge of Egyptian employment law and HR best practices
- Experience using HRIS and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Solid interpersonal and communication skills — both written and verbal (English a strong plus)
- Professional discretion and sound judgment when handling sensitive matters
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a dynamic environment
- Willingness to learn and grow within the role
