HSE Engineer

1.

On-site Inspection and Safety Management

• Labor / Industrial / Fire / Environment management at construction sites
• Fire prevention and disaster safety management at construction sites
• Communicate and coordinate with external Egyptian agencies (NPPA, Police, Fire Department, Hospital, etc.)
• Owners meetings, discussion on key matters related to HSE
• Responding to the customer’s safety point of view
• Manage corrective actions for safety nonconformities and supervise corrective actions
• Assist with preparing accident investigation reports
• Distribute and manage personal protective equipment (PPE) and safety items, manage inventory, and support the local purchase of safety supplies
• Inspect safety facilities

Risk Assessment Management

• Review and manage Risk Assessments

3.

Safety, Health Training and Road safety compliance

• Conduct HSE training for KHNP staff and subcontractor new employees
• Implement regular and special HSE training, and prepare for lectures
• Conduct regular and special road safety compliance check

4.

Disaster Safety Management

• Conduct and support emergency response drill
• respond to on-site incidents

□ Requirements :- Bachelor’s Degree in Science or Engineering- NEBOSH(National Examination Board in Occupational Safety and Health) certificate.- High Proficiency in Reading, Written and Spoken English- Proficient in MS programs and internet- Age from 25 to 50 years- Gender: Male □ Preferences :- IOSH(Institution of Occupational Safety and Health) certificate- Minimum of 3 Years of experience in the relevant field □ Work Place : EL DABAA CONSTRUCTION SITE, Matroh □ Key Benefits :○ Salary: 1,100 USD/Month(Gross)○ Accomodation: Shared apartment(with 1 Flatmate)○ Daily Meals: 3 meals/day○ Transportation(Accomodation to Work Place)○ Health insurance○ 21 days of annual leave per year□ Required documents-
