HSE Engineer

Implement and monitor Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) policies and procedures across project sites.Ensure compliance with local regulations, company standards, and client HSE requirements.Conduct regular site inspections, audits, and risk assessments to identify and eliminate hazards.Investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses, and prepare detailed reports with corrective and preventive actions.Deliver HSE inductions, toolbox talks, and safety awareness training for employees and subcontractors.Monitor the use of PPE and enforce safe work practices.Review method statements, risk assessments (MSRA), and permit-to-work systems.Coordinate emergency response plans, evacuation drills, and safety campaigns.Maintain HSE records, reports, and documentation.Liaise with project teams, consultants, and clients to ensure HSE compliance throughout project execution.

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.5–10 years of experience as an HSE Engineer.Proven Experience in Mega Infrastructure And Construction Projects Is Mandatory.Strong knowledge of HSE regulations, OSHA standards, and risk management practices.NEBOSH IGC is mandatory; additional HSE certifications are an advantage.Excellent communication, reporting, and problem-solving skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office
