HSE Manager

????Swiss Garments Company (SGC) is hiring: HSE Manager (Health, Safety & Environment)????Location:10th of Ramadan City, Egypt (Transportation Provided)We are looking for a proactive and detail-orientedHSE Managerto lead our health, safety, and environmental initiatives, ensure regulatory compliance, and promote a safe working environment across our manufacturing facilities.

Key Responsibilities:- Develop, implement, and monitor HSE policies and procedures.- Lead risk assessments, workplace inspections, incident investigations, and corrective actions.- Develop emergency response plans and ensure compliance with fire safety requirements and the Egyptian Fire Code.- Ensure compliance with applicable legislation, customer requirements, and company HSE standards.- Manage and supervise HSE teams across factories, including task allocation, shift planning, and performance monitoring.- Participate in customer, third-party, and other audits, ensuring proper follow-up on audit findings.- Deliver HSE induction and safety awareness sessions for new hires and existing employees.- Maintain HSE documentation, legal records, and reports.- Monitor external service providers related to workplace safety, including pest control and fire safety equipment maintenance.
