- Develop and Implement:Design, establish, and continuously improve robust HSE management systems, policies, and procedures.
- Ensure Compliance:Guarantee adherence to all local and international health, safety, and environmental regulations, including OSHA standards.
- Risk Management:Conduct thorough risk assessments, identify potential hazards, and implement effective control measures to mitigate risks.
- Training & Development:Lead and facilitate HSE training programs for all employees, ensuring a high level of awareness and competence.
- Incident Management:Oversee incident investigations, root cause analysis, and the implementation of corrective and preventive actions.
- Environmental Stewardship:Manage environmental programs, including waste management, emissions control, and sustainability initiatives.
- Emergency Preparedness:Develop and maintain emergency response plans, including fire safety protocols, and conduct regular drills.
- Performance Monitoring:Monitor and report on HSE performance, identifying trends and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
المتطلبات والشروط
- Educational Excellence:Possess aBachelor's Degreein Engineering, Environmental Science, Occupational Health and Safety, or a related field.
- Seasoned Expertise:Bring8-15 years of progressive experiencein HSE management, ideally within an industrial or operational environment, demonstrating a proven track record of success.
- Leadership Acumen:This is aManager-levelposition requiring strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills to effectively guide and influence teams.
- Essential Skills & Qualifications:Profound understanding and practical experience inHSE,Quality, andEngineeringprinciples.Expertise in developing and implementing robustHealth, Safety and Environment (HSE)
