HSE Section Head

We’re HiringHSE Section Head at Nefertari JM for Electrical Industries

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement HSE policies, procedures, and safety programs within the factory.
• Conduct regular safety inspections, audits, and risk assessments.
• Ensure compliance with occupational health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Deliver HSE training and awareness sessions for employees and staff.
• Investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses, and prepare detailed reports.
• Monitor workplace hazards and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Collaborate with production, maintenance, and management teams to improve safety performance.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly HSE reports and records.
• Promote continuous improvement in safety awareness and environmental practices.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Engineering, Environmental Science, or related field.
• 5–7 years of experience in HSE roles, preferably in manufacturing or electrical industries.
• Strong knowledge of occupational safety regulations and industrial safety standards.
• NEBOSH, IOSH, or equivalent certifications are preferred.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to identify risks and implement effective safety solutions. ????

Location: Cairo
