الوصف الوظيفي
- Lead and supervise HSE team and ensure effective implementation of HSE management system.
- Inspects and monitors any violations of health and safety instructions, and stops them immediately until corrective action is taken.
- conduct risk assessments, job safety analyses, inspections, and audits to identify and control workplace hazards.
- Conducting fake trials on facing emergencies and laying out different scenarios for them, in combination with the concerned departments.
- lead safety training programs for employees & explain health and safety laws and regulations, detail safety procedures, discuss preventative strategies.
- Prepare and submit HSE reports, statistics, dashboards, and management reviews.
- Ensure that all required risk assessments and risk mitigation plans are properly conducted and executed to eliminate all identified safety risks
- Investigate and analyze accidents, injuries, and occupational diseases, and determines recommendations and precautions to be taken to prevent their recurrence.
المتطلبات والشروط
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science or Agriculture.
- At least 5 years of experience as a Section Head
- Manufacturing or FMCG background is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Egyptian Occupational Safety & Health laws, regulations, and ministerial decisions.
- Strong knowledge of fire protection and prevention systems, emergency preparedness, and evacuation procedures.
- Experience managing and developing an HSE team and conducting safety training and awareness programs.
- Good knowledge of ISO 45001, ISO 14001, and ISO 9001 standards.
