Overview:As an HSE Specialist, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining comprehensive HSE programs to ensure compliance with local regulations and company policies.

You will play a critical role in identifying hazards, assessing risks, and implementing effective control measures to prevent accidents and incidents.

Responsibilities:Develop and implement HSE policies and procedures.Conduct regular safety audits and inspections.Identify and assess workplace hazards.Investigate incidents and accidents to determine root causes and implement corrective actions.Provide HSE training to employees.Ensure compliance with local regulations and company standards.Maintain accurate records and documentation.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to promote a culture of safety.

Skills & Technologies:Expertise in Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) principles and practices.Proficiency in developing and implementing Safety Management Systems (SMS).Strong knowledge of Fire Safety regulations and procedures.Experience in conducting Risk Assessments and Hazard Identification.
