HSE Specialist

Develop, implement, and maintain HSE policies and procedures.Ensure compliance with local laws, regulations, and company standards.Conduct risk assessments, hazard identification, and job safety analysis.Monitor workplace activities to ensure safe practices are followed.Investigate incidents, accidents, and near misses; prepare reports and corrective actions.Conduct regular safety inspections and audits.Deliver HSE training, toolbox talks, and awareness programs.Maintain safety records, permits, and documentation.Coordinate emergency response plans and drills.Monitor environmental impact (waste management, emissions, etc.).Liaise with regulatory authorities and external auditors.

Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health & Safety, or related fieldProfessional certifications (preferred):NEBOSH OSHA certificationISO 45001 / ISO 14001 knowledge1–3+ years of experience in HSE role.Strong knowledge of HSE regulations and standards.Good communication and reporting skills.Ability to identify risks and implement preventive measures.
