Human Resources Generalist

Manage the full recruitment cycle (job posting, screening, interviewing, onboarding)Maintain and update employee records and HR databasesSupport employee relations by addressing concerns and resolving conflictsAssist in developing and implementing HR policies and proceduresCoordinate training and development programsAdminister compensation, benefits, and payroll supportEnsure compliance with labor laws and company policiesSupport performance management processes (appraisals, feedback, disciplinary actions)Handle employee onboarding and offboarding processesPrepare HR reports and analytics for management

Education Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field Experience 2–5 years of experience in HR or a similar roleExperience in multiple HR functions (recruitment, employee relations, etc.) preferred Skills Strong communication and interpersonal skillsProblem-solving and conflict resolution abilitiesKnowledge of labor laws and HR best practicesOrganizational and time management skillsAbility to handle sensitive information with confidentialityProficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Preferred Qualifications HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plusExperience with HRIS systemsFamiliarity with local labor regulations
