Key Responsibilities:Support the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing and screening to onboarding.Monitor employee attendance and leave records and ensure accurate reporting.Prepare and process monthly payroll, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and local labor laws.Administer employee benefits programs and handle related documentation.Liaise with government authorities, including social insurance and labor office, ensuring all company records and filings are up to date.Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.Provide guidance and support to employees and managers on HR-related matters.Maintain accurate employee records and update HRIS systems regularly.Assist with performance management processes and employee evaluations.Handle employee relations matters, including conflict resolution and disciplinary procedures.Contribute to training and development initiatives to support employee growth.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced HR Generalist to join our team!Experience: 1-3 years of experience in Human Resources.Skills: Proven expertise in HR, HR Specialist duties, Human Resources (HR) practices, Personnel management, and Recruitment strategies.Essential Skills: Proficiency in Employee Relations, Performance Management, Compensation & Benefits administration, and Training & Development programs.Knowledge: Solid understanding of Policy Development, Conflict Resolution techniques, and Onboarding processes.Technical Skills: Experience with HRIS Systems and Labor Law Compliance.Career Level: Experienced professional ready to take on new challenges.
