Human Resources Generalist

We are looking for a dedicated and proactive HR Generalist to join our team.

The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing day-to-day HR operations and supporting employees across different functions within a dynamic and growing company.

Key Responsibilities:Manage the full recruitment cycle (posting, screening, interviewing, and onboarding)Handle attendance, leaves, and employee recordsImplement HR policies and proceduresSupport employees and handle HR-related inquiriesAssist in performance management processesMaintain personnel files and social insurance documentationJob Requirements:2-4 years of experience in Human ResourcesGood knowledge of Egyptian labor law and social insurance.communication and problem-solving skillsorganized with attention to detail.
