Talent Acquisition & Headhunting (50%) — Owning the full recruitment cycle and sourcing top talent both locally in Egypt and globally.Organizational Development (30%) — Developing and updating policies, organizational charts, and job descriptions to support business growth.Talent & Performance Management (20%) — Driving performance management processes, supporting talent development, and coordinating training initiatives.

✅ 3–5 years of HR experience ✅ Manufacturing industry experience is a must ✅ Very good command of English (written & spoken) ✅ Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
