Human Resources Specialist

Job Description:Badawy Group for Food Industries is seeking a Human Resources Specialist to support HR operations and ensure effective management of employee relations, recruitment, and personnel functions.

Key Responsibilities:Handle recruitment and selection process (screening, interviews, hiring)Manage personnel activities (contracts, attendance, leaves, files)Prepare and update employee records and HR documentationSupport payroll process and coordination with finance departmentEnsure compliance with labor law and company policiesHandle employee relations and internal communications

3–7 years of experience in HR (preferably in manufacturing)Strong knowledge of Egyptian labor lawExperience in recruitment and personnel functionsGood communication and organizational skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office
